| 摘 要： | 企业信用观念淡薄、信用法制建设不完善、信用机制不健全是我国转轨时期企业信用缺失的原因,因此应从完善法律法规,强化政府信用,建立信用制度,增强信用意识等方面入手,加强企业信用体系建设。

| Abstract: | The main causes of credit default are enterprises' lack of credit view,inperfect credit construction and credit mechnism during the turn period of China.So we must strengthen enterprises' credit system construction from the aspects of bettering legal rules,reinforcing government's credit,establishing credit system and impvoving credit awareness. |
