下岗职工的再就业与再社会化

摘    要:生产的社会化必然带来生产主体的再社会化问题。再社会化是帮助下岗职工重新择业的必由之路。政府,就业服务管理体系、社区、家庭和大众传播媒介等因素构成对下岗职工再社会化的支持功能系统。下岗职工择业观念的更新、就业能力的增强、社会角色的转换,是下岗职工再社会化的基本内容及其所要达成的主要目标。我们应按照科学发展观的要求,将以人为本作为下岗职工就业再社会化的出发点和归宿。

Abstract:The socialization of production will unavoidably cause the problem of re-socialization of the working subject. Re-socialization is the necessary way to help laid-off workers to be re-employed. The government, employment service administrative system, community, family, and mass media are the factors that constitute the functional system of re-socialization. The main aim of re-socialization is to-help the laid-off workers renew their ideas, improve their abilities, change their social roles. In order to fulfill this aim, we must abide by the principle of human center and scientific developmental views.
