社会需求导向的人力资源管理人才培养探讨

摘    要:随着管理方式的变革,企业对人力资源管理人才的职业素质与核心技能要求发生了很大变化。但是目前在培养专业性本科人才时,很多高校由于课程体系及课程内容结构不合理、专业教学模式不成熟、实践教学能力弱以及教师缺乏经验等原因,导致人力资源管理专业本科生应用性不强,不能满足企业相应岗位的需求。因此,高校必须通过重新定位培养目标、调整课程设置、革新教学方式、重视实践教学、做好"双证式教育"以及建设"双师型"教师队伍等方式实现人力资源管理应用型本科人才培养方式创新。
