摘    要:当今,就业歧视越来越成为人们关注的焦点,尤其是新建本科院校女大学生面临严重的统计性歧视。本文基于贝克尔歧视理论,认为新建本科院校女大学生就业统计性歧视分别表现为"同酬不同工"和"同工不同酬",并从新建本科院校和女大学生两个角度提出相应的对策建议。
