| 摘 要： | 海洋高新技术产业的发展是海洋经济健康、快速以及可持续发展的基本动力之一。文章在对我国海洋高新技术产业发展模式进行阶段性分析的基础上,借鉴美国、日本以及英国发展海洋高新技术产业采取的战略和措施,提出我国海洋高新技术产业发展的策略,包括"合资"、"产业科技园"以及发展海洋高新技术企业模式等。

| Abstract: | The development of marine high-tech industry is one of the basic powers which can stimulates the marine economy to have a healthy,fast and sustainable development.The article analyzes the developing situation and the problem of China' marine high-tech industry and studies the developing strategies and measures of marine high-tech industry,which are adopted by USA,Japan,UK and Australia.In the conclusion the article offers some suggestions,including joint venture,industrial technological zone,developing pattern of marine high-tech company,etc. |
