| 摘 要： | 作为中国对外经济技术援助的重要决策人和直接领导者,周恩来基于国际主义和爱国主义相结合的立场,逐渐形成了援外的基本思想,进而概括出援外的八项原则,以指导中国的援外工作。在实践上,他以身作则,模范地贯彻这些原则。他的对外经济技术援助思想与实践有着重要的历史意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Zhou En - lai advocates to provide economical & technical assistance for foreign countries and national libration campaign of world combining intematioalism with patriotism . Being main making - policy and direct leader of China s assistance, Zhou En - lai forms gradually the fundamental thought of economical & technical assistance to foreign countries, and generalizes eight ilems of principles about foreign assistance in order to guide China' s work of assistance . In practice , Zhou En -lai performs himself the principles as a model . Undoubtedly his thought & practice on economical & technical assistance to foreign countries have an important significance in history and reality. |
