舟山市教师教育问题分析与未来发展构想

摘    要:通过对舟山市教师教育专业机构、师资队伍、课程设置、专业技能与实践体系现状的分析,发现舟山市教师教育存在专业机构设置不合理、地位削弱、资源流失、课程设置失衡、实践体系滞后、生源质量下降等问题。针对这些问题,我们提出了明确目标定位,合理设置教师教育机构、完善教师教育课程体系、加强教学实践体系建设、改革招生和就业制度等未来发展构想。

Abstract:Through the analysis of teacher educational institutions,teaching faculty,curriculum settings,professional skills and practical system in Zhoushan City,this paper finds that in the teacher education of Zhoushan City there exist the following problems: improper professional institutions,weak position,lost resources,unbalanced curriculum settings,ineffective instruction,lagging practical system,and poor matriculation,etc.According to these problems,we propose the future developing conception,that is,clarifying the goal direction,properly setting up teacher education institutions,perfecting teacher education curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teaching practical system,and reforming the enrolling and employment systems.
