| 摘 要： | 在介绍美国学术制度、学术评价组织和学术成就奖励及学术违规惩戒实践基础上,分析了美国学术评价制度与实践特点.并从建立严厉的学术惩戒机制、建立健全学术评价组织体系、改进学术评价的方法技术、加强学术道德建设四个方面对加强和改进我国学术评价制度建设提出了启示.
