跨国公司与民族地区的经济安全

自上世纪70年代末中国开始吸引外资以来,跨国公司的活动对中国经济的影响日益增强。对于民族地区吸引外资,目前尚存在诸多误区,主要是片面从数量上强调GDP,而忽视跨国公司利润的所有权问题,夸大跨国公司对民族地区的正效应,低估甚至忽视其对民族地区经济安全带来的威胁。应该从正、负两面考察跨国公司对民族经济的影响,客观地剖析两大利益主体之间的博弈,充分意识到跨国公司的进入对民族地区经济安全构成的威胁,并制定有效的应对措施。

MNC and the Economical Security in Ethnic Minority Regions

Ever since China began to attract foreign capital at the end of 70's last century,the influence of MNC's activities upon Chinese economy became wider and wider.There are some fallacies to the attraction of foreign capital in ethnic minority regions,mainly,stressing GDP quantum unilaterally but neglecting the ownership of the profit of MNC,aggrandizing the positive effect of the MNC but ignoring the threatening the MNC brought to the ethnic minority regions.The influence of MNC to the economy in ethnic minority regions should be examined from both positive and negative sides and relation of the two main subject of the profit should be analyzed objectively.We should be fully aware of the threatening the MNC brought forth to the security of economy in ethnic minority regions and make out effective countermeasures.
