| 摘 要： | 近年来我国西部农村突发事件呈现出上升趋势,对当地经济发展与社会稳定造成了重要的影响。建立和完善西部农村突发事件管理体系,建构政府、社会、民间多元参与的救助体系,积极开展相应防范意识教育,培养农民自救能力等,是应对我国西部农村突发事件的重要措施。

| Abstract: | In recent years,emergencies in the rural west of China have increased,and have sercious influences on local economic development and social stability.The significant countermeasures of dealing with the emergencies are establishing and perfecting management system of the emergencies in the rural areas,constructing multiple assistance system among government,society and civil organizations,actively conducting prevention education of emergencies in rural areas and training farmers' self-help ability. |
