| 摘 要： | 以人为本,是科学发展观的本质和核心。坚持和实践科学的发展观,就要全面理解以人为本的含义。以人为本的"人"有意义深远而丰富的理论蕴涵。质言之,"以人为本"的科学发展观有五种人性境界。
