| 摘 要： | 哈萨克族传统游牧生产习俗近 2 0年发生了深刻的变化 ,变化的原因有赖于政府的政策导向、牧区经济环境的改善和牧民自我发展能力的提高。哈萨克族传统生产习俗将呈时代化发展趋势 ,现时社会的经济、技术不断替代传统生产习俗 ,同时符合时代发展的习俗将被保留。

| Abstract: | The Kazak people's traditional productive customs have witnessed great changes over the past 20 years.The changes were caused by the government's policy,improved economic conditions,and Kazak herdsmen's improved ability in self\|development.Kazak's traditional production will develop in accordance with the times.The tendency is as follows:new economy and technology will replace the old ones;and the customs conforming to the new society will be reserved.We should avoid making mistakes in the replacement of the old by the new. |
