| 摘 要： | 发展特色经济 ,就是根据国家的产业布局和产业政策 ,通过发挥比较优势 ,发展特色产业 ,形成特色鲜明的经济格局。特色经济最重要的是产业开发问题 ,要形成鲜明的西部地区特色经济格局 ,主要应围绕资源、林牧业、旅游业的发展 ,大力发展特色产业。

| Abstract: | Developing economy with distinguishing features is developing the industry with distinguishing features and forming in western regions economic framework with distinguishing characteristics in accordance with industrial distribution by the State and government policies on industry.For this purpose we should develop the industry concerning natural resources,forestry,animal husbandry,and tourism. |
