Constructing a high level research based university to be a world first class university with international fame is the orientation and developing goal the Communist Party of China and the central government set for the Central University for Nationalities.During the 11th five-year project,the CUN should recognize and understand the phase character and demand correctly in the course of development.It should also strengthen the subject and discipline construction,promoting the quality of talent fostering and academic innovative ability as well as the level of the teachers,optimizing the condition of running the university,improving the living condition and working environment of the teachers and staff,extending international exchange and cooperation,establishing and perfecting the working guaranteeing system,dealing the relation among the scale,the structure, the quality and the benefit well,take the way of stabling the scale,optimizing the structure,promoting the quality,taking promoting the quality and the ability of innovation of talent fostering as the theme of constructing the university and constructing a high level research based university with undivided attention.
