| 摘 要： | 民族问题始终是关系到党和国家工作全局的一个重大问题。我国是一个统一的多民族国家,正确把握和处理民族问题是加强党的建设,特别是加强党的执政能力建设的重要问题,也是一项对国家的发展和稳定具有重大意义的重要任务。本文就新时期如何观察和研究当代中国的民族问题、如何正确认识和把握我们党关于民族问题的基本理论和基本政策做了重要阐述。

| Abstract: | National affairs has always been an important issue for the overall work of the Communist Party and the Chinese government.China is a united country of multiple nationalites and cultures.Understanding and handling national affairs properly is of vital significance in strengthening the construction of our party,especially in enhancing the Party's governess abilities.It is also a task of great significance for the development and stabilization of our country.This article discusses how to observe and study contemporary national affairs in the new era and how to correctly understand and grasp the basic theory and policy of our Party's concerning national affaris. |
