20世纪90年代以来国内有关农地流转的研究及启示

通过对20世纪90年代以来国内学者对我国农地流转理论研究进行综述,指出仅仅研究影响农地流转的相关因素有其不足之处;提出今后应该重点研究农户农地流转行为过程和决策理由,从而从本质上认识和把握农户农地流转行为特征和规律,为进一步推动农地流转寻找突破口,为制订相关政策提供依据。

Studies on Farmland Transfer Since 1990s and their Implications

The paper reviews the theoretical researches into farmland transfer by Chinese scholars since 1990s and points out that it is not enough to focus researches only on relevant factors in farmland transfer,and that in future research emphasis should be laid on the transfer process itself and reasons for decision-making so as to understand in essence the features and regularity of the transfer,to find breakthroughs to promote farmland transfer,and to provide a basis for policy-making.
