| 摘 要： | 从农用地定级因素因子的构建、定级单元的划分、定级因素因子指标量化、定级因素因子分值图的生成、定级单元分值计算以及级别的划分与确定等来阐述因素法在农用地级别划分中的运用,并借助于农用地定级估价信息系统对泰兴市农用地级别划分进行实证研究.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the role that factor method plays in farmland grading through the analysis of the constitution of farmland grading factors,the classification of grading units,the index quantification of grading factors,the formation of the value figure of grading factors,the calculation of grading units and the division of grades.In the end,farmland grades in Taixing city are studied with the help of information system of farmland grading and evaluation. |
