| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,农民工以流动就业的方式为我国经济社会发展作出了很大的贡献。现阶段农民工群体规模及其流动就业状况已受到全社会的普遍关注,是我国社会主义新农村建设和全面建设小康社会进程中需要解决的一个重大课题。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open-up policy was made,migrant workers have made significant contribution to the social and economic development in China.Currently,the scale of migrant workers and the employment scale of rural labor are of wide concern and have become an issue that is to be resolved in the process of building socialist new countryside and a well-off society in an all-round way. |
