| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力转移与教育密切相关,劳动力的素质和技能将是决定其转移有效性的重要因素.针对目前我国农村教育存在的问题,提出应调整农村教育投资结构及目标、大力发展农村职业教育和成人教育、加强进城民工培训,为促进农村剩余劳动力转移服务.

| Abstract: | Rural labor transfer is closely related to the education, and the effectualness in labor transfer is decided by the quality and technical ability of rural labor. In view of the rural educational situation at present, in order to promote rural surplus labor transfer from countryside to city, the investment structure and goal of rural education should be adjusted, the rural vocational education and adult education should be energetically developed, and the training of rural labor working in city should be enhanced. |
