| 摘 要： | 总结美国、德国、日本、印度四国农业合作社的发展模式,归纳分成市场推动型和政府推动型两类.指出无论何种模式,政府在农业合作社产生和发展过程中都发挥了重要作用,进而对政府在两类发展模式中的作用进行对比分析.指出其差异点包括与政府的关系不同、组织功能不同、不同层次的农业合作社之间的关系不同和在政府的具体支持方式上不同四方面,得出政府扶持合作社发展是改善单个农户市场弱势地位的有效手段和正确处理好政府与合作组织、合作组织与农户的关系等主要结论. |
