| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下，如何进一步密切、协调和发展农村党群、干群关系是摆在我们面前一个重大而现实的问题。对新形势下农村党群、干群关系的现状以及存在的问题进行分析，并提出搞好农村党群、干群关系相应的措施。从而有助于进一步把握农村党群、干群关系的内在规律，推动农村党群、干群关系的协调发展，不断巩固党的执政基础。

| Abstract: | Under the new historical condition,how to coordinate and draw closer the relation between the party and the masses and that between the cadres and the masses is a critical issue worth attention.The paper illuminated the reality and explained the problems,and proposed some measures to improve these relations in order to further clarify their inherent laws,coordinate their development,and strengthen the Party's ruling base. |
