| 摘 要： | 以江西省为例，在江西26县32乡镇32村1058户农户抽样调查的基础上，应用二元定距相关分析法和多元回归分析方法，定量研究粮食主产区农户家庭劳动力就业非农化行为的主要影响因素。结果表明，农户所处村域环境、户主年龄、户主职业、人均耕地面积、家庭务工收入比、农户种粮风险认知、种粮预期收益评价等因素对农户家庭劳动力就业非农化行为均有不同程度和不同方向的影响，其中家庭务工收入比的正向作用最大，种稻收益预期的反向作用最大。同时在理论与实证研究的基础上，提出因地制宜地引导农户适度规模经营、鼓励青年农民发展粮食生产、完善农业扶持政策等政策建议。
