| 摘 要： | 生态安全是关乎国计民生的大事,它与国家农业安全及"三农"建设息息相关。通过阐述生态安全、农业安全及"三农"建设的内涵,在总结生态安全与农业安全及"三农"建设关系的基础上,提出有关中国生态安全与农业安全发展的思考与建议,指出中国农业生产面临的发展机遇和主要挑战,最后论述我国新时期现代农业发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Ecological security is closely associated not only with people＇ s livelihood, but with national agricultural safety and the construction of＂ Sannong＂ （ three aspects of agriculture, namely, agriculture, rural areas and farmers）. This paper explores the connotation of ecological security, agricultural safety and＂ Sannong＂ construction.Based on the relations between the three, the paper puts forward the thinkings and suggestions on China＇ s ecological safety and agriculture safety, points out the major challenges and opportunities that China＇ s agricultural production is facing, and proposes the strategic choice for the development of modern agriculture during the new period of the nation. |
