个体特征、职业认同与农民工职业满意度——基于广东省南海农民工的问卷调查分析

基于广东省佛山市南海区部分农民工的问卷调查数据,通过因子分析,测量了农民工职业认同及其职业满意度状况;采用方差分析,实证检验了农民工个体特征对其职业满意度的影响;运用回归分析,实证分析了农民工职业认同对其职业满意度的影响效应。结果表明,初中以上受教育程度、在服务业就业的农民工具有更高的职业满意度;农民工的职业认同对其职业满意度具有显著正向作用。因此,提升农民工的受教育程度,改善职业环境,进一步增强农民工的职业价值感知,有效提升农民工的职业认同水平,将有利于提高农民工的职业满意度,推进农业转移人口的城市融入。

Individual Characteristics,Professional Identity and Migrant Workers’ Job Satsifaction---Based on Questionnai re Analysis fo Migrant Workers in Nanhai City,Guan gdong Province

Based on the data on migrant workers in the city of Nanhai in Foshan ,Guangdong Province ,this paper evaluates migrant workers ’ professional identity and job satisfaction through factor analysis .Meanwhile ,it also studies the effect of individual characteristic on their job satisfaction through variance analysis and that of professional identity on job satisfaction through regression analysis .The result shows that migrant workers in the service industry who have had better education tend to be more satisfied with their job .Migrant workers ’ profes-sional identity has significant positive effect on their job satisfaction .Therefore ,improving migrant workers ’ edu-cation and work environment and further strengthening their perception about professional value will promote their professional identity ,and improve their job satisfaction and adaptibility to city life .
