| 摘 要： | 百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。一支高素质的教师队伍是一所高校最为宝贵的财富。加强高校教师培训,提高教师队伍素质是高等教育发展与改革的根本大计。探析了当前高校教师培训面临的挑战,提出加强高校教师培训的若干对策,旨在培养和造就一支符合新时代要求的高素质教师队伍,以适应当前高等教育改革和社会经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Education is the basis for the development of a nation while teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers of higher educational background constitute the most valuable resource of all universities or colleges.Therefore,it is fundamental for the development and reform of higher education to improve the quality of the teachers.This paper discusses the challenges university teachers' training is faced with and puts forward strategies aiming at training well-disciplined teachers to meet with the requirements and needs of modern higher education reform and the economic development of the society. |
