| 摘 要： | 公平与效率失调是和谐社会理论提出的背景。对于公平与效率问题的理解应当深入到制度层面,公平与效率的优化是和谐社会的本质与社会主义的核心价值。对于和谐社会构建中的公平与效率问题,应当坚持总体性视角、坚持从结构分析到动态分析、具体地历史地看待这一问题。 |

| Abstract: | The theory of Harmonious Society has been put forward against the imbalance of fairness and efficiency whose understanding calls for a deeper understanding of the social system as the optimization of fairness and efficiency is the nature of a harmonious society and the core value of socialism.In the process of building a harmonious society,it is necessary to treat the issue of fairness and efficiency holistically,dynamically and historically. |
