| 摘 要： | 世界贸易组织的建立 ,表明贸易自由化已经成为世界经济贸易的发展方向 ,但是技术性贸易壁垒的存在 ,已经成为贸易保护的重要手段之一。从技术性贸易壁垒的发展概况入手 ,分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的具体影响 ,同时提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the World Trade Organization indicates that trade liberalization has become the trend of world's economy and trade, while technology-related trade barriers have become the major means of trade protection. By starting with a survey of the development of technology-related trade barriers, this paper analyzes the influences of the barriers on China's export of agricultural produce and puts forward solutions to these problems. |
