| 摘 要： | 依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是我国的基本治国方略,是一项宏伟的社会政治工程,它需要具备一定的实现条件。从建立完备的社会主义法律体系、建立健全民主制度和监督制度、建立严格的行政执法制度与公正的司法制度和提高以各级领导干部为重点的全民法律意识四个方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Ruling the country by law and building a socialist country under the rule of law is a fundamental policy of ruling the country, and is a magnificent political undertaking, which requires certain conditions. This paper analyzes this issue in four aspects, i.e. establishing a complete socialist legal system, establishing and implementing the democratic system and watchdog system, establishing a strict administrative system and jurisdictional system, and enhancing the legal awareness of the citizens especially that of leaders at all levels. |
