| 摘 要： | 我国农村劳动力数量大、科学文化素质低,必须加快农村人力资源开发,在这方面农业高校成人教育负有义不容辞的责任。主要从时代发展和人力资源开发的角度,分析了农业高校成人教育的改革之路。

| Abstract: | There is a large quantity of rural labour forces in China, who are low in scientific technology and literacy. Therefore, adult education in agricultural colleges and universities should take its main responsibilities for the exploitation and development of rural labour-force resources. In view of the times development and the labor exploitation, the reform of adult education in agricultural colleges and universities is discussed in this paper. |
