产业转型背景下回流农民工就业满意度及其影响因素研究——以江西为例

随着劳动力成本上升以及产业转型升级的推进,劳动力密集型企业出现由沿海地区向内陆地区转移的趋势,与此同时,外出农民工逆向流动趋势日益明显。通过对江西回流农民工的问卷调查数据,实证分析产业转型背景下回流农民工就业满意度及其影响因素。结果表明,大部分回流农民工对返乡就业持满意态度;其中,务工收入、政府就业政策宣传满意度、家乡经济发展速度等因素对回流农民工就业满意度影响最大,性别、年龄、是否城镇户口、家庭中16岁以下人口数、单位性质、上班交通时间、到政府推荐的企业就业意愿等因素对回流农民工的就业满意度也产生了一定影响,而文化程度对回流农民工就业满意度没有明显影响。最后,从农民工、企业及政府3个角度提出了提高回流农民工就业满意度的政策建议。

Job Satisfaction of Returning Rural Laborers and Influencing Factors in Context of Industrial Restructuring A Case Study of Jiangxi

With rising labor costs as well as the promoting of industrial transformation and upgrading, labor -intensive enterprises have shifted from the coast to the inland areas, resulting in the growing reverse flow of migrant workers.The article analyzes the job satisfaction of returning rural laborers and the influencing factors in the context of industrial restructuring with the data collected from surveys of the returning migrant workers in Jiangxi Province.The results show that most of the returning migrant workers are satisfied. Among them, in- come, government employment policy advocacy, and economic development of their hometown have the greatest impact on job satisfaction.Besides, gender, age, household, family population under the age of 16, nature of bus- iness, the travel time to work, and intention to seek employment at enterprises recommended by the government also have some impact.However,education has no significant effect on job satisfaction.At last, policy advice is put forward on improving returning rural laborers＇ job satisfaction from the three aspects of migrant workers, businesses and government.
