| 摘 要： | 利用全国10余个省份调查数据,应用多元Logistic选择模型,对新生代农民工外出择业动机选择及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,新生代农民工外出择业动机受多种因素的影响,年龄、婚姻状况、风险偏好、兄弟姐妹数量等因素对新生代农民工外出择业动机有负向作用;文化程度、是否是技工则对其有正向作用。

| Abstract: | This paper,with the survey data of the various provinces of the country,using multivariate Logistic choice model,analyzed the selection and its impact factors of career motivation of the new generation of migrant workers.The results show that: their motivation to develop a career away from home is affected by many factors,of which age,marital status,risk preferences,the number of brothers and sisters,have a negative impact while education has a positive impact. |
