| 摘 要： | 以浙江省桐乡市为例，从土地经济、社会、生态等方面出发，构建起桐乡市城市土地集约利用综合评价指标体系，采用层次分析法和模糊评判法相结合的模糊层次综合评价法评价桐乡市城市土地集约状况，对桐乡市实际情况提出土地集约利用的途径。 |

| Abstract: | Taking Tongxiang City as an example,this paper established an evaluation index system of urban land in Tongxiang from land economy,society and ecology,and appraised intensive status of urban land in the city with the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzziness and arrangement which combined AHP and fuzzy evaluation.Finally,in view of the actual situation of Tongxiang,suggestions on how land is to be intensively used in small cities were proposed. |
