| 摘 要： | 我国欠发达地区由于受体制和经济的影响,农村基础教育供给体制存在着大量问题,明显滞后于社会发展。因此,创新农村基础教育供给体制将成为我国欠发达地区农村、农业和农民发展的迫切要求。拟就我国欠发达地区农村基础教育供给体制的现状和存在的主要问题,结合实际情况,探讨如何进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | System and economic conditions in China's underdeveloped areas have brought many problems in the rural elementary education supply system, which in turn hinders the social development in the locality. Therefore, innovating rural elementary educational supply system is an urgent need of the people in these underdeveloped areas for local development. This paper tries to probe into institutional innovation by taking into consideration the major problems and facts existing in the rural elementary education supply system in China's underdeveloped areas. |
