| 摘 要： | 随着支持文化产业发展上升为国家战略,动漫产业面临前所未有的利好形势。各地在动漫产业园区建设中存在＂圈地化＂和＂运动化＂倾向。以动漫产业特征及产业运行规律为出发点,借助于产业集群理论研究成果,探索动漫产业园区发展模式,恰当地定位政府角色,有助于实现通过园区建设打造动漫产业集群竞争优势的战略目标。

| Abstract: | With the development of cultural industry as a national strategy,the animation industry is facing an unprecedented favorable situation.In the course of construction of animation industrial parks,there exists a nationwide tendency toward ＂enclosure＂ and ＂movement＂.Knowing the characteristics and operational law of the animation industry,with the assistance of industrial cluster theory,we can find out development modes of animation industrial parks,determine the role of government in the construction of the industrial parks and finally realize the strategic target of competitive advantages in animation industrial clusters. |
