摘    要:论文运用熵值法对我国沿海11省市海洋高技术产业竞争力进行评价,并利用聚类分析法对结果进行检验,研究发现:沿海各省市海洋高技术产业竞争力水平差异十分明显;海洋高技术的产业竞争力水平与各省经济发展水平呈正相关关系;资源禀赋、基础设施、科研创新、人力资本和产出水平是影响海洋高技术产业竞争力的重要因素,但对各省市的影响程度不一。鉴于此,采取不同政策着力点成为当前各省市因地制宜提升其海洋高技术产业竞争力的正确选择。

Abstract:The scientific and objective evaluation of marine high-tech industry competitiveness is important for accurate iudgment of its development and structural optimization. The competitiveness is evaluated by the construction of competitiveness evaluation index system with the entropy method, and tested by the cluster analysis. The study finds that the differences of our marine high-tech industry competitiveness are very obvious; there is a significantly positive relationship between the marine high-tech industry competitiveness and the level of economic development; the important factors of affecting marine high-tech industry competitiveness include the resource endowment, infrastructure, innovation ability, human capital, output capacity and so on. Therefore, to adopt a different policy becomes the correct choice of every province to enhance its marine high-tech industry competitiveness based on their local conditions.
