从海洋政策的演变看韩国的海洋意识

A Study of South Korean Marine Consciousness from the Evolution of Marine Policy

Marine policy is what a country adopts laws and regulations to implement the management and utilization of marine resources ,w hich reflects a nation＇s marine consciousness in a specific historical pe-riod .As a maritime country ,South Korea＇s marine policy has undergone a process of continuous develop-ment and gradual perfection .Looking at the evolutional process of contemporary Korean marine policy ,we can find that Korean marine consciousness has been strengthened gradually from passive to active utiliza-tion and tapping the potential of marine resources ,from the positive development of the marine industries to the comprehensive exploitation of marine resources ,from tapping offshore resources to developing pe-lagic marine industry ,and from exploitation of their national marine resources to participation in the devel-opment of the global marine resources .The Korean marine consciousness is constantly enhanced with the times ,and utilization and exploitation of marine resources is becoming more and more prominent .
