| 摘 要： | 运用"三轴图"法对2000年至2012年山东半岛蓝区海洋产业结构演进过程进行实证分析,并利用灰色预测模型对2013年至2020年蓝区海洋产业结构演进进行预测。2000年至2020年蓝区海洋产业结构演进基本遵循右旋式演进模式。2000年至2012年蓝区海洋产业呈现出"二三一"结构,产业结构演进处于中级阶段;2013年至2020年蓝区海洋产业呈现出"三二一"结构,产业结构演进进入高级发展阶段。根据现阶段蓝区海洋产业演进状况,提出鼓励科技创新,加快发展海洋新兴产业等对策。

| Abstract: | “Triaxial Map”method is applied in the empirical study of marine industrial structure evolu-tion of blue economic zone in Shandong Peninsula from 2000 to 2012 ,and grey forecast model is applied to predict marine industrial structure evolution of blue economic zone from 2013 to 2020 .The results show that the marine industrial structure evolution of blue economic zone basically complies with right-spiral model from 2000 to 2020 ;from 2000 to 2012 ,the marine industrial structure presented “two three one”structure ,reaching the medium stage of evolution ;from 2013 to 2020 ,the marine industrial structure will present “three two one” structure ,reaching the high development stage .Based on the current situation of the marine industrial structure evolution in blue economic zone ,proposals for encouraging scientific inno-vations and accelerating the development of new industries are put forward . |
