| 摘 要： | 农业规模经营是我国农业发展的必然选择之一，农业规模经营的关键在于通过生产经营要素配置结构的优化升级实现内外部规模经济。在实现农业规模经营的路径中，土地承包经营权流转、发展农民合作组织等均面临一定的发展闯值，农业产业集群是弥补农业规模经营传统实现路径不足的有效选择。在通过发展产业集群实现农业规模经营的过程中，遵循农业资源禀赋特征、发展多形式农业专业化服务组织、培育农业产业化龙头企业是关键性环节。

| Abstract: | Agricultural management of scale is an inevitable choice for China＇s agricultural development. In the process of achieving agricultural management of scale, the circulation of rural land contracted management right, the development of rural cooperative organizations, etc. are faced with certain development threshold. The development of industrial clusters is an essential way of achieving internal and external economies of scale, optimizing and upgrading productive factor allocation structure. The key is to follow the characteristics of agricultural resource endowment, develop various agricultural professional service organizations, and foster agricultural industrialized leading enterprises. |
