构建山东半岛蓝色旅游经济区的思考

蓝色旅游经济应该包括海洋旅游、海岛旅游、滨海旅游,以及与海洋文化有关的临海陆上旅游。山东半岛在海洋开发政策、海洋资源、海洋经济、滨海旅游、旅游基础设施方面都具备了建设山东半岛蓝色旅游经济区的条件。建设山东半岛蓝色旅游经济区,宏观上要大力发展蓝色旅游经济;中观上要支持蓝色旅游产业板块发展;微观上要打造具有蓝色旅游特色的旅游商品。

The Construction of Blue Tourism Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula

The blue tourism economy includes marine tourism,island tourism,coastal tourism,and coastal-land tourism related to marine culture.In terms of marine policy,marine resources,ocean economy,coastal tourism,and tourist infrastructures,Shandong Peninsula meets all the qualifications to build the blue tourism economic zone.The construction of the blue tourism economic zone of Shandong Peninsula,at macro-level,needs to develop the blue tourism economy vigorously;at middle level,needs to support the development of blue tourism industrial sectors;at micro-level,needs to create tourist commodities with blue tourist characteristics.
