论能源因素对中美关系的影响

美国和中国是世界上两个最大的能源消费国。从地缘政治经济和能源的对外依赖度的角度看,两国在世界范围内对油气资源的争夺必不可免并引发了新的摩擦和冲突,能源也成为影响中美关系的一个新的因素。在美国谋求世界霸权、遏制中国崛起的国际环境中,能源在中美之间主要发挥桥梁作用的同时,仍将继续充当美国牵制中国的工具。

America and China are the two largest countries of energy consumption in the world.In terms of geo-politics and geo-economy and the extent of dependence on energy,these two countries can not avoid contending for oil and gas,which leads to the new friction and conflict.hence the energy becomes a new element in the bilateral relations between China and America.In this process,while the energy mainly functions as the bridge between the Chinese and America,,it will still continue to play the role as the tool to contain China.
