| 摘 要： | 扬州是中国首批历史文化名城和中国优秀旅游城市,旅游业发展迅速,这对旅游人才的培养既是机遇又是挑战。在结合扬州职业大学旅游专业办学经验的基础上,探讨了地方旅游人才培养模式的若干问题,提出了一些值得探讨的话题,为旅游专业人才的培养提出了一些可行的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | Yangzhou is one of the Chinese first historical and cultural well-known cities and China good travel city.The tourism industry developes very rapidly.Which is as good oppotunity and also chellenge to the training of travel talent.On the foundation of experience that Yangzhou polytechnic college raises the tourism profession for many years,this paper has discussed some problems on training pattern of regional travel talent,has put forward some subjects that deserve to discuss,has made some feasible suggestions and opinions for the training of travel professional talent. |
