| 摘 要： | 学习型社会是21世纪的时代选择,学习型社会赋予学习以新的内涵、新的地位、新的特征和新的形式。高等教育必须为构建学习型社会服务,传播与时代相通的学习理念,提供多样化的学习机会,开放丰富的学习资源,培育新型的学习型公民。
