论现代性维度下的公民教育

公民是社会发展的基石，中外社会发展的历史和现实表明，只有实现人的现代性，才能实现国家和社会的现代性。要实现人的现代性，必须在现代性视野下准确把握公民教育的内涵，开展以公民权利和义务为核心的教育活动，构建适应现代性要求的公民教育体系，拓展公民教育渠道，创新公民教育方法。
