天津市派遣员工工作满意度的实证研究

摘    要:文章以调查问卷的形式对天津市两个行业的派遣员工进行了调研,并利用SPSS统计软件进行分析,得出派遣员工满意度相对较高的是社交、领导水平、组织内部环境,较低的是薪酬、晋升和工作本身,另外,雇佣身份对员工满意度的影响较小,行业不同正式员工与派遣员工的满意度不同,且派遣员工的满意度与派遣时间的长短呈正相关。

Abstract:In the form of questionnaire,the dispatched workers from two industries in Tianjin have been investigated.Through the analysis by SPSS,the paper reveals that the dispatched workers have relatively higher job satisfaction level with social life,leadership,and organizational internal environment,and relatively lower job satisfaction level with rewards,promotion,and the work itself.In addition,employment status has less impact on job satisfaction,the full-time staff and dispatched workers in different industri...
