| 摘 要： | 随着经济的快速发展,传统的物流业已经不适应经济、环境共生发展的要求.本文从影响企业核心竞争力的非绿色物流因子入手,分析了企业为提高核心竞争力而实施绿色物流管理的动因,最后,提出了企业实施绿色物流管理的对策及作用.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy, traditional logistics industry is not adaptable to the requirements of economic and environmental intergrowth development. This paper analyzes the reasons for fulfilling the green logistics management in enterprises in order to improve the core competitiveness according to its influencing the non-green logistics factors, and finally, this paper also proposes the function and the measures in implementing the green logistics management inside enterprises. |
