| Abstract: | New product research & development process (R&D) is one of the core business processes of enterprises. Generally speaking, new product development involves the research and development of completely new products and the improvement of existing products. Nowadays it is quite common among enterprises to exercise the latter. By reengineering the new product R&D process and adjusting the structure of the organization, the adaptability of R&D process can be increased for different R&D tasks, thus to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. |
