资源型城市产业转型问题初探

促进资源型城市产业转型、实现城市的可持续发展是我国经济发展和城市化进程中的重要问题。资源型城市产业转型着眼于四个转变 :产业结构转变 ;经营方式转变 ;所有制结构转变 ;区域经济社会管理系统转变。在此过程中 ,应注意产业政策与区域政策的综合运用、财政政策的扶持、人力资源的开发以及替代产业的选择与培育。

Study of the issue of transformation of the industry for the resource-typed cities

The key problem in the process of citifying and economic development is the promotion of transformations of the industries and the sustainable development of the resource\|typed cities. This kind of transformation includes four aspects: the transition of the industrial structure, the change of management practice, the reform of the ownership structure, and the adjustment of the social management system in the regional economy. During this transformation process, special attention should be paid to the comprehensive implementation of the industrial and regional policies, to the support of the finance policy, to the development of the human resources, and to the selection and breeding of the new industry.
