高校后勤企业员工培训体系构建研究

摘    要:员工培训是高校后勤企业人力资源开发的重要内容,是企业留住人后勤企业特殊的人力资源谱系着手分析.站在高校后勤实际工作角度,阐明了当前员工培训的五大误区,提出了培训体系的构建原则,并对体系构建所涉及的培训需求、培训工作组织、培训内容、培训方法以及培训效果评估等主要内容进行了系统阐述,以期构建新的适合未来发展与竞争的培训体系,提高高校后勤企业培训效果和员工的整体素质.
