| Abstract: | There are several patterns of the management buy\|out, a form of the leverage buy\|out in itself in China. Due to the special background in China, the management buy\|out in China also shows its own characteristics compared to that in western countries. Moreover, it has to face obstacles from laws and market, and risks in the re\|construction of corporation structures. |
