新形势下大学生非正式组织的管理与引导

在大学生中存在着“非正式组织”。随着高等教育改革的不断深化 ,大学生有了更大的自我发展的空间 ,“非正式组织”也会随之发展 ,并在大学生成长过程中发挥着更大的作用。大学生非正式组织有着不同的类型与层次 ,有着不同的特点与成因 ,因此 ,有针对性地加强对大学生非正式组织的管理与引导 ,不仅有利于高校德育工作的开展 ,而且有利于培养素质全面的创新人才。

Management and guidance of the informal associations of college students in the new situation

With the further development of the higher education reform, the informal associations among college students come into being and are finding their ways to expand themselves. These associations are playing increasingly important role in the college students' growing process. There are different types, tiers, characteristics and formation causes for the informal associations. Therefore, appropriate and strengthened management and guidance of the informal associationes in accordance with these aspects will be beneficial not only to moral education in colleges and universities, but also to the cultivation of the all\|round innovative talents.
